We pureed over 2,600 pounds of organic mangos and blueberries and added the fruit blend to a kettle sour base after fermentation to create a smoothie-like mouthfeel. Aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit and blackberry give way to flavors of tangy orange juice and crushed blueberry.
