Description: Probably our favourite hop currently, Idaho 7 is a beautiful balance of sharp tropical fruits and some more old school pine and resin notes. We added a touch of Bru-1 for that wonderful fresh pineapple zing and sprinkling of Mosaic to round it out with a bit of savoury and dank. It’s initially sweet on the aroma and taste, but finishes with a lovely pithy sharpness which is what we are looking for in these beers at the moment.
