Description: The best things really do happen in trilogies – Star Wars, The Godfather, Back to the Future; we could go on. We’ve gone there with Mosaic, we’ve gone there with Citra, and now it’s the turn of probably the biggest in-house favourite hop varietal here at Polly’s; Simcoe. Ghost Voices is the final entry of our exploration into single hopped DIPAs fermented out with everybody’s new favourite super-yeast, Kveik. Tangerines and candied oranges on the nose, follow up with a full, thick, pulpy mouthfeel; bursting with all those incredible passionfruit, mango and berry flavours, whilst retaining just a little bit of earthy bitterness to keep everything in line.
