We’ve pushed up hopping rates here to an arguably irresponsible 13+ pounds per barrel, making the hop load our heftiest to date. We’ve carefully layered in the late additions, with dry-hop charges before, during, and after fermentation. Oats, unmalted wheat & flaked barley lay down a soft, fluffy foundation for this fruit cocktail combo of hops to shine unimpeded. Initial sensory is showing a wonderfully one-of-a-kind profile that leans into lush, smoothie like flavors of strawberry, guava & tangerine.
