Description: This hazy DIPA uses a ton of malted and flaked oats for an airy, pillowy mouthfeel and a touch of milk sugar for creaminess and a touch of sweetness that accentuates the juicy flavors from the hops. Speaking of hops, we used our hand-selected mosaic. For our mosaic we look for that quintessential wild blueberry note we love in a good crop of mosaic. Our selection also has a touch of citrus and touch of fruity bubblegum.
