Taproom Construction Ale | Petaluma Hills Brewing Company

ABV: 8.5%
IBU: 36
Style: Belgian Tripel
Actively Produced
Description: This "happy accident" was meant to be the Tripel J, but JJ Jay waited too long between batches (while building the taproom) and the Belgian Trappist yeast harvested from the prior batch did not activate. Until he added a London Ale yeast to "fix" it, that is. Then they both fermented a slightly different Belgian style Tripel. Still yummy, though.
