Mancy's Papou Clancy Pale Ale | Papou Brews
ABV: 6.0%
IBU: 46
Style: Pale Ale - American
Actively Produced
Description: This double dry-hopped pale ale is named after the clown that survived the fire of 1973 at the steakhouse. We used Maris Otter along with four specialty malts to give this brew a nice malty backbone and bittered with Northern Brewer hops. It was then bombed with Citra hops late into the boil. Two big Citra dry-hop additions add unbelievable citrus and tropical fruit like flavor. This clown ain't messin' around.
