Description: New Year (couldn't come soon enough!!!), new hop. At least to us. This NZ variety was relegated to the dustbin during the years of the great race for alpha hops, but it's back now that aroma and flavor are king. We've blended a large amount of NZ Pacific Sunrise hops in with a complementary amount of Citra hops in hopes of turning a page and starting off the year with something new.
