Description: We have chosen to do a summer beer this year, but with a new recipe. The idea behind this year's version is that it will be summery, fresh and at the same time a thirst quencher. With pilsner malt, wheat malt and light caramel malt base in combination with some American hop varieties gives the beer a smooth bitterness, but also a rich hop aroma. The varieties that plays in the highest division in this beer are Mosaic and Equinox, and they provide an incredibly refreshing and tropical experience.
