Description: Artista Zynergia is the OEC Brewing international blending project. Instead of collaborating with other brewers in a “traditional” sense, we brew a portion of the final product, while another producer brews a portion at their facility and ships it to us. We then take care of further aging and blend the liquids here at our place in Oxford, to create complex aromas and flavors, unobtainable by a “normal” collaboration. Plumtastic is a blend of a LoverBeer (Turin, Italy) ale matured in oak barrels with Italian plums for 1 year and several different OEC Sour ales matured in oak barrels between 1 and 3 years.
