Description: Ramblin' Man is a collaboration with LIquid Mechanics Brewing Company. It is a strong black Saison brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and 3 types of wheat malt including black wheat malt. The beer was lightly kettle soured to a pH of 3.75 before boiling and was whirlpool hopped with Simcoe, Galaxy and Citra. A Brettanomyces fermentation, combined with a heavy handed dose of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado in the dry hop contribute tropical fruit and funk. It comes in at 8.0% ABV and 49 IBU.
