Description: Classic Bavarian style wheat beer. You will enjoy this if you like Redback, Weihenstephaner Weissbier or Feral White. * Blond in colour. * Dense white creamy head atop a sparkling well carbonated beverage. * Soft mouthfeel with very low bitterness. * Highly aromatic, with hints of banana, and very subtle spicy clove like characteristics. * A slice of lemon will counterbalance the sweeter flavours adding a different complexity. Head brewer Ken Arrowsmith said "It’s a very authentic German-style Kristalweizen, a traditional filtered wheat beer. We went down all the usual authentic routes in terms of ingredients, yeast and carbonation. It’s pretty consistent and an accurate representation of the style."
