Description: Made special for Collabapalooza 2019, we invited our neighbors from Original 40 Brewing Company in for a Pastry Porter brew session. We boiled this thing for over 4 hours and dosed it with insanely heady Ugandan Vanilla and Ugandan Cacao Nibs, and then topped it off with some of Vermont's finest maple syrup. The resulting beer is delightfully boozy with a rich and dreamy mouthfeel that melds seamlessly with layers and layers of malted milk chocolate, dark dried fruit, vanilla, black cherries, and maple syrup flavors. This is ultra luxe confectionery decadence at its finest.
