Behind its ruby body and fine pink head, lie woody wine and cherry notes that come courtesy of local Bessenay cherries, and cold-aging in Morgon wine casks. Sharp and delicate, and with a generous alcohol content, this Grand Cru is another candidate for cellar-aging, with a flavour profile that will improve with the years.
