Serebrianka Belgian Ale | Nebraska Brewing Company

ABV: 6.0%
IBU: 20
Style: Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Out of Production
Description: Serebrianka is a rather old hop variety from Russia that is actually a parent to one of our favorites, Cascade. It turns out there’s a farm in Washington growing these, so we thought we’d give ‘em a try. We kept the beer simple by using only Pilsner Malt, Serebrianka Hops, and yeast from the Achouffe brewery in Belgium. The result is a refreshing, somewhat rustic beer similar to a Saison or Belgian Pale Ale.
