Description: Porter is a dark ale that has its origins in 1600s London. A porter was cheaper than other beers available at the time and was therefore very popular among London porters and dockers, geving its name. This powerful porter is brewed with lots of dark malts that give the concierge its dark brown color and deep intense flavor. The dark roasted malts gives a nice aftertaste of chocolate and coffee. The beer was brewed in collaboration with Ladby Vikingship museum, currently. based on a copy of Ladbyskibet. Ladby King's beer contains oats, which were also found in Ladbyskibet and stored with toasted oak chips from shipbuilding, giving it a nice aftertaste of vanilla and toasted Viking ship.
