Description: Collaboration brew with Tampa Bay B.E.E.R.S home brewing club. Together, we’ve created a delicious Pale Ale inspired by flavorful Thai ingredients and tradition. Deep golden in color, fresh Thai basil notes are present on the first sip, followed by Thai chili pepper flavors. Mild sweetness from toasted coconut balances out the heat from the Thai chili peppers that lend the brew a pleasant spiciness, and lemongrass lingers on the finish.
