Description: Collected from the second runnings of a stout-mash, our schwarzbier, (literally meaning black beer) is an extra special treat from our upcoming march Mother's Other. Black in color, smooth and creamy with roasted/chocolatey malt flavor balanced by a mild tettnang hop profile. Body is medium, to maybe a touch under medium. Finish is crisp and clean with a mild dark malt bitterness in the finish.
