Description: Modeled off of an American Wheat beer, the Winter Lager has an appearance of gold and is very cloudy. There is a nice white head, which gracefully laces your glass as you drink this winter concoction. The flavor is sweet, bready, and has traces of the 80+ pounds of fresh bananas that were used in the mash. Some flavors one might experience are either banana bread or a banana smoothie. Available in late November to early January, this Holiday Celebration beer will keep you warm and happy.
