Description: Brewed in collaboration with Jing-A Brewing and Dudda's Tun Cider. Extra Pale, Wheat, Oats and Lactose provide the base. JonaPrince and Gala apples in the boil, bittered with Hallertau Blanc. Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin added for flavour addition. Cinnamon, goji berries and vanilla in the whirlpool. Fermented with our Vermont Ale yeast strain. Refermented on yellow peaches. Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin dry hop for aroma.
