Description: In Harmony began its journey aging in Old Fitzgerald Wheated Bourbon barrels for 17 months. After the barrels imparted as much flavor as possible, we pumped the beer into a brite tank where it was treated with hefty amounts of Ugandan vanilla beans, Guatemalan cacao nibs roasted by @CruChocolate, roasted peanuts, and a touch of Korintje cinnamon. This combination of flavors was carefully balanced during the treatment process in order for each ingredient to blend harmoniously rather than overpower one another. It's a great dessert beer that is even better when paired with a complementary dessert.
