Description: Double Barrel Ace of Base is a blend of extended aged Imperial Stouts that first sat in a Willett Kentucky Bourbon barrel, a Heaven Hill Bourbon Whiskey barrel, and a W.L. Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then blended those together and sent them into some Rhine Hall Distillery Brandy barrels. What resulted is a 17.08% ABV Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. It pours with a nice dark brown head. Notes of vanilla, marzipan, cherry pit, and oak. There is a beautiful lingering heat that warms the chest!
