Description: Brewed with homebrewers Louis Savard and Andy Bramburger from Cornwall for the 20th anniversary of St-Lawrence River Institute. We called it an India Blonde Ale since it has characteristics of an IPA and also a blonde. Although it has 20 IBU it received an hefty amount of Amarillo and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh a noble german hop. The first hop addition was Warrior. This is a great beer to experience the flavor of hops without a strong bitterness.
