Description: Dean's Dream is named after a longtime cellarman at the Edgefield Winery. For years he's been asking us to brew a Blackberry Porter and the time has finally come! This beer pours a dark mahogany with a brown head and slightly purple hue. Flavors of dark chocolate mingle with the juicy notes from a considerable amount of blackberries that were added during fermentation. This is one smooth pint, thanks to the Nitro tap and the addition of Lactose. Special Ingredients: Lactose Fruit: Blackberry Malts: 2-Row, Pilsner, Flaked Barley, Midnight Wheat, Chocolate Malt, Crystal 120, Crystal 75 Hops: Mosaic OG: 1.063 TG: 1.014 ABV: 6.32 IBU: 15 SRM: 33
