Having used components entirely from the Pacific Northwest, this brew puts a new twist on an old style that really lets it shine. Chinook Hops from Oregon and Cascade Hops from Washington provide great aromatic qualities with just a touch of bitterness. California Lager Yeast fermented at ale temperatures brings it all together with a crisp malt body.
