Description: Our 1st anniversary blend "Off the Cuff" came about just as it sounds, as an impromptu blend of barrel aged beers several weeks before our first anniversary. A combination of third fill American oak aged barleywine, first fill brandy barrel aged old ale and third fill American Oak aged pale mild. These yeild a strong ale rich in complex caramel, oak and fruit supported by light chocolate and spice tones and a viscous body.
