Description: When Ben's Bottle Shop kicked out the idea of blending our favorite Juice yeast strain with the wild Sac Trois as a collab beer we had to say yes! The heavy fruit cocktail of aromas that were kicking out of the frermenter from just the yeast alone made us pause, and had us wondering if a double dry hop was necessary...well duh! Of course it was, so we hit it with decadent amounts of Huell Mellon, Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops for even more flash! This along with an extremely pale malt bill and minimal bittering make for a intensely fruity and lightly funky take on the usual haze.
