Description: Common Cuzin pays homage to our bar managers home town of Louisville's own indigenous beer style, the Kentucky Common. Corry had home brewed several versions of this beer, landing on a more traditional approach, before we scaled it up. Our rendition leans more to the Gilded Age of Kentucky Common production employing a sour mash and a pale grist of corn and barley. The beer is bright and tart with a touch of fruit and bread and a dry mineral finish; cuz!
