Description: Our collaborative effort with Aslin Brewing Company was developed to showcase what both breweries love to create - incredibly aromatic, unfiltered IPA's. We generously hopped this one with Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Australian Summer, New Zealand Wai-iti and finished it with Viognier grape juice. A lush mouthfeel is complimented by an acidic & citrus forward hop character that plays off notes of peach, pear and honeysuckle provided by the Viognier grape.
