Fermented with our house yeast and then dry hopped in conditioning with judicious quantities of Mosaic & Citra. A quenchingly citrus sour that’ll twist your tongue in knots. Malts = Aromatic, Extra Pale, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Golden Promise, Wheat. Hops = Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Sorachi Ace.
