Description: WHITE HOP + BRETTANOMYCES YEAST + 60 DAYS = IMPATIENCE. Two months ago we pitched Brettanomyces yeast into two white oak barrels full of our Wandering White Hop Belgian Ale. Aging in the oak barrels imparted complexity and the flavors started to round, soften, and shift in the most delicious way. Think earthy, funky, farmhouse-y beer that has a touch of tartness and finishes with a nice hop flavor.
