Description: A collaborative brew from Redwell Brewing & London Fields Brewery. Dark amber in colour with four different cereals in the mash. A malty sweetness is offset by subtle notes of pepper and dark spice to give an incredible mouth-feel and lingering softness, while the triumvirate of Amarillo, Centennial and Citra hops – used at all stages of the boil, and dry-hopping in the maturation tanks -give a wonderful gentle zesty nose. With Redwell supplying the kegs, and London Fields providing the casks, we’ve opened the floor to a great debate – how do you prefer to drink the Rye Pale Collaboration?
