Description: Braggots are in the mead family, hybrids made with half honey and half malt. Ours is modeled after a pilsner - light, flavorful and refreshing. 160 pounds of orange blossom honey from Clark's Apiary in Longmont gives this a great floral nose with sweet grain and hints of citrus. Not as high in alcohol as other varieties of mead, Beezy is nice and easy.
