Description: To celebrate our One Year Anniversary, we brewed a Single Malt/Single Hop (SMaSH) beer with 100% Simpsons Golden Promise malt and 44 pounds of Hallertau Blanc added to the mash, first wort, kettle and dry-hop. Lots of tropical guava, grapefruit and bright citrus throughout with a nice juicy sweet malt balance.
