Description: This low gravity sour beer is aged in Oak for 8 months. Suffolk grown malted barley and a small amount of Suffolk hops produce a beer that is wholly fermented with our mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. To complement the sharp earthy flavours Essex sea salt and organic plack peppers have been added to the oak barrels.
