Northwest IPA | La Conner Brewing Company
ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 96
Style: IPA - American
Actively Produced
Description: This beer is named not only for its dedication to hoppiness, but also it's ingredients. With hops from Yakima valley and a large portion of it's malt coming from right here in Skagit Valley it is truly a "Northwest" beer. The Alba Pale Malt from Skagit Valley Malting has a unique citrus flavor that fits right in with the strong Citrusy nature of the Amarillo hop. In addition to the Amarillo hop, there are also large whirlpool and dry hop additions of Simcoe (Fruity and Pine) and Cascade (Citrus and Floral) for added complexity.
