Description: "Thick Key Lime Pie Goo” is an unfiltered smoothie-style Berliner Weisse brewed with Florida key lime, mango, and passionfruit. Tart and citrusy, we used over 100lbs of graham crackers in the mash, then conditioned this “goo” on milk sugar, a mound of Madagascar vanilla beans, raw cinnamon, key lime zest, and dry-hopped with Kohatu. Think key lime pie, lemon-lime meringue, and key lime tarts.
