The beer is then dry-hopped three separate times with Citra, Mosaic, whole cone Cascade, and Northern Brewer hops prior to finishing. It tops out at over 4lbs. of hops per barrel!!! Low bitterness, extra juicy, super fruity, medium bodied, dark as night DIPA.
