Description: A collaboration between the brewers of our Chestnut Hill and Maple Shade locations. We took Paul's love of big West Coast IPAs and Chris' pension for dry, yeast-driven Belgians and came up with this American-Belgo. Brewed with Pilsner malt and Belgian candi sugar, fermented with the lively Bastogne yeast strain and indelicately hopped with Colombus, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe.
