Description: Belgian tripel. A little on the lighter side as far as ABV. Fermented using WLP500 Monastery Ale Yeast which is considered to be very similar to Chimay yeast. This is our first run at this style of beer and with this particular strain of yeast. Brewed with a traditional style recipe using torrefied wheat, pilsner malt and clear candi sugar.
