Description: Brewed in celebration of our annual Nucleate Beer Festival. This year is a collaboration with Speciation Artisan Ales and Transient Artisan Ales. A mixed culture sour ale, fermented with a blend of the house culture from each brewery, then refermented on strawberry, blackberry and raspberry. Fruit makes up a quarter of the total volume, giving this beer fruit wine characteristics. Bottle conditioned with champagne yeast. Please keep cool, pour carefully and expect some sediment.
