Description: In July of 2015, our dear friends Daniel Thiriez and Marielle Paquet of Brasserie Thiriez joined us at the brewery, so Shaun and Daniel brewed a barrel-fermented wheat and oat ale on the small system. This edition of Works of Love aged and matured over the course of six months in oak barrels, developing into an elegant, sophisticated representation of the friendship and respect shared between our two breweries.
