Made with a bit of prolonged and focused attention and a lot of love, this kettle soured Ale was brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malts over the course of multiple days. The result is an exceptionally tart drinker with bright notes of lemon sweet tarts and a slight cereal finish. 'Tis the season, share the love!
