Description: Our first of two collaboration beers with Mother Road Brewery. Belgian Pilsner malt along with drum roasted German Caramalt gives this beer its signature red hue along with a distinctive toffee flavor. Galena Hops will lend a slight spice and dried fruit character to the beer. German Lager yeast was used to give this beer a crisp, clean finish. We froze the finished product for a month to intensify the flavors.
