Fermented with the legendary “Conan” yeast strain imparting light citrus and peachy goodness, masterfully complemented by the addition of mangos and passion fruits. A healthy dose of Mosaic and Simcoe HOP HASH adds notes of juicy fruit, sliced mango and kittens! A healthy amount of wheat helps to balance out the flavours and bring it all together.
