Description: We brewed this beer at our Staveley site in collaboration with @brickbreweryse15 as part of their 3 Peaks Challenge Collaboration. We took inspiration from Matt’s Homeland New Zealand where trail mix is called ‘Scroggin’ to create a deep and rich Imperial Stout. Flavours of chocolate, nuts and raisin will be apparent from fruity Crystal malt, cacao nibs, pecans and peanuts with the addition of lactose to a decadent mouthfeel to complement the high ABV and rich ingredients. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of these cans will go to Fix the Fells, a Lake District maintenance and preservation charity.
