Description: We pulled 60 gallons of our flagship Oatmeal Pale Ale wort and fermented it with a beautiful blend of brettanomyces strains directly in an old oak brandy barrel. The resulting variation is a dry, aromatic version of our super-drinkable, hop-forward pale, with just a little funk around the edges that should develop in the bottle over time as the hops push back a bit. A small batch bottle, released as part of our Bifurcation Project.
