Description: A pilot batch of our Blonde Yeti. A spiritual companion to a black IPA, the intention of this beer is to get the drinker to question their assumptions. This beer pours a nice golden hue, but with all of the flavor and aroma characteristics of a stout. Roasted malt and chocolate character are imparted by the coffee and cacao instead of from malt, which allows for the flavors and aromas to come through without adding any color.
