Description: FinAle was one of the first two beers that GourmetBryggeriet launched bottled in late summer 2005. Finale has a deep red golden color with a strong and quite close beige foam crown. Foam crown is persistent, leaving a sparse blur in the glass. Carbon dioxide evolution is moderate bountiful. Finale offers a rich composition of fruity tones from both fermentation and the added American aroma hops. Frugtigheden can give reminiscent of grapefruit and elderflower. Underlying sensed a rich base of malt, which also gives the aroma of spices and freshly baked bread. Finale has a fresh and spicy flavor with a strong bitterness that is long in the mouth. The large amount of American aroma hops provide a long lasting strong aftertaste.
