We brewed this beer to be soft and elegant on the palate with smooth hoppy finish, It was brewed with a large amount of wheat and oats to help achieve this. We hopped this with some of our favorite varieties to give this beer notes of pineapple, melon, citrus and pine. We like this beer alot and we think you will too.
